A Theatre Reawakens: Doubt: A Parable Returns for Final Performances at King Street Theatre

Fort McMurray, AB — June 10, 2025 — After a moving and masterfully executed opening weekend, Doubt: A Parable, written by John Patrick Shanley, returns to King Street Theatre for its final three performances. This is a show that demands to be witnessed.
This production marks the first full-scale performance in King Street Theatre since Swamp Rat Experience began its revitalization of the space. Artistic Director Hanna Fridhed shared in an interview with Fort McMurray Today, “Theatre should be about more than just entertainment. It’s about reflecting life and opening the door to tough, honest conversations.”
Audiences were deeply moved by the emotional and moral complexities at the heart of the Pulitzer Prize–winning drama.
